Ratios (Multi-Day)

Grades 6-8

Introduction

This is a 4 or 5-day unit on ratio skills. The summative assessment at the end of the unit can either be given on the 4^th day or could be saved for the 5^th day, giving extra time for review and re-teaching as needed.

Learning Objectives

The learner will understand that a ratio is an ordered pair of numbers.
The learner will understand that the order of numbers in the pair is important.
The learner will understand real-world situations to match a given ratio.
